I came up with a long list of household appliances and bedroom and bathroom accessories needed for My Homestay Guest House Project while I was free yesterday.

At first glance, the amount of money needed to paint the house and purchase the items for the homestay guest house seemed a lot and kind of scared me off.

But then I decided not to let the problem – MONEY – to scare me off! There must be ways to acquire the home appliances, furniture pieces, kitchen utilities, and bedroom and bathroom accessories needed for the house without spending a lot of money.

Think, think, think … second hand/used stuff? Find sponsors from close family members?

1. A New Coat of Paint

2.  3 Sets of 1.5 Air-Conditioners – Sponsors from family members?

3.  2 Heaters

4.  Microwave

5.  1 Television Set

6. 1 DVD Player

7. Astro

8. WiFi

9. 1 Coffee Maker

10. Washing Machine – Mine

11. Gas Burner – Mine

12. Boiler

13. 3 Hair Dryers

14. 3 Fans – Mine

15. 1 Refrigerator

16. 1 Water Dispenser

17. 3 Queen Mattresses, 3 Twin Mattresses

18. At least 10 Pillows, 3 Bolsters, 3 Queen Comforters, 3 Twin Comforters, 6 Queen Bedsheets, 20 Pillow Cases, 6 Bolster Cases

19. 3 Towel Stands
